I never had one.
But tomorrow, I am bit shaky!
Primarily, I'll be moving to Bench! Secondarily I've committed to do a show(Singing Contest) for Talent Council(TC), part of Employee First Council(EFC) and the third I accepted to be part of Community Service Council(CSC) and would take Acting TL responsibility for ETA2.
Well, I think its quiet obvious, when our stay in a particular place has some meaning, we can be in any council, spend hard to find time in every other activity, squeeze all your effort to spare the last blood for such extra-official-work.
But when you are in search of an Internal Posting, you loose a fair amount of enthusiasm, lot of time, but no enthusiasm to do anything but get an Internal Posting! Now though one has lot to do while in bench, like putting your effort to see the oppurtunity inside(Outside(:->)!), Self Study, Creating Contacts, Attending Training Sessions, Listening to TMG, Attending Interviews, speculating prospects and collecting BG info about prospective projects and all... you still have huge time at your disposal, when you are in Bench!!!
I think this is because when you are in project the expectations overwhelms one's common minimum capacity. So you are always on the run! While when your direct commitment or the direct expectation from the company(RM) side drops, a huge voidness suddenly unwiels itself! All those we do to try 'n fill-in, not seem to be enough for the sudden surplus that has presented itself all in a sudden!
Time to Bed!
No no no! I am ok, no Fever! Anyway its only tomorrow. Now I am going to enjoy my sweet time! (Oh my, I have only 6 hours to sleep today! Sh*t!!!)
I dont know whats gonna happen to my 12X8 glossy finish of the snap I took in Atlanta. I hope it finds the best possible place among the other 20 contestants and best possible angle, with as much little glare as possible. As I myself in TC, I dont know if I can take the privilege of positioning my snap without glare. If they allow me to write a caption, I would write:
"At Noon
-the other side of earth"
Catchya later!

I made the following comment instead and won the Photography Contest!
My First Win Over a Photography Contest is this.
I felt nothing!
Guess enough is there to write a separate blog!
For now the new caption:
"A Duet At Noon...
...When you stand on the other side of earth"
Notes:
1. First of all it was a moon and not a sun.
2. The timeline is midnight not noon.
3. The place I took the photo was Atlanta
4. The place the photo was hung for the judge to judge was ETA-2 - the other side of the earth where I took the photo!
So, its A Duet at Noon - between moon and the tree twig, while you stand on the other side of the earth at noon probably busy with the work!!!
The core meaning I was trying to convey was how strange the world is. No doubt "I wonder what a Beautiful World" as in the Jazz Song!!! When half of the world is on its day to day grind at Noon, there is a silent, melancholous, duet going on between a twig of a tree and the distant natural satellite - the universal inspirer - the moon!
I can't wait to upload the photo and write about it!
Ok, from 24th Feb, 2009 I am assigned to new project in Amb4!
I can't say I am greatly relieved, but I am happy that it came my way atleast after 2 Months!
Well its like this:
1. 31 Dec 2009 - Relieved from Prev Prj.
2. Jan 2009 Packed with Work Left Over in Prev Prj, TC, CSC.
3. Feb, 2009 Packed with Organizational Trainings Like HPMP and Training And Organizing Training for Bench People in Prev Prj.
From around 70 it came down to around 20 all in a sudden as the project got released in America.
Heads commented its a natural process and nothing to do with Recession and thus not to worry!
One good thing I could see is, the moment I posted the resume for Internal Posting, I got the project next day. In fact there were two projects for my profile. But unfortunately I could not select among the two. The Internal Posting Team made their decision and gave my profile for first come first served basis.
And here I am working for new client in Amb4!
"Yellaa Pugazhum Iraivanukkae"
"My Mother's Blessings, My Love's love, My Friend's Friendship are always with me".
